"It may be that when we no longer know what to do, we have come to our real work.”

~ Wendell Berry

What is the course about?

This course is for women who have spent years pushing through and now recognise that continuing this way is unsustainable, carrying increasing risks to their longterm health and wellbeing.

You will work with simple, practical tools to understand why listening to yourself or slowing down can feel unsafe, and how to respond to what you notice while continuing to meet the demands of your everyday life.

Over four weeks, the course helps you make sense of why you have been living as you have and begin attending to your inner signals and needs. The work is structured, contained, and grounded in real life, offering practical ways of listening and responding that can be carried forward beyond the course.

Who is this course for?

This course is for high-functioning women in midlife who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or less able to rely on themselves as they once did. Many are in peri- or post-menopause and are navigating real changes in energy and emotional capacity, while continuing to carry significant responsibility at work and/or at home.

What is the format?

The course will primarily be self-paced, with a live 60-minute call on a Thursday.

Time commitment: ± 2 hours per week

Who am I

I work at the intersection of personal transformation, leadership and systems change. My work focuses on supporting people at pivotal transitions. I have a particular interest in women in midlife who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction for their next chapter.
